Build the interfaces and infrastructure that brokers and their customers interact with every day. We’re building an AI operating system for insurance brokerages. Our agents handle the full servicing stack: quotes, endorsements, intake, and claims triage, wired directly into the systems brokers already run on. The goal is to give every brokerage the capacity of a team twice its size, without adding headcount.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain the broker-facing dashboard where teams manage their AI agents, monitor conversations, and action anything that needs a human.
• Improve and extend the existing product as we learn from real brokerage usage.
• Build the APIs and backend services that connect our agents to brokerage management systems.
• Work directly with brokerages to understand how they operate and turn that into product decisions.
