Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical decisions and mentor developers
- Build and maintain Java (Spring Boot) backend services
- Design secure, high-performance REST APIs
- Manage large-scale data processing and system performance
- Work with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, IoT Core)
- Handle incidents, monitoring, and system improvements
- Drive best practices: testing, documentation, and code quality
