Job Description
Full Stack Developer (Java / Angular) – Modernization Project Our client is seeking a hands‑on Full Stack Developer with strong analytical capabilities who can bridge business processes with modern application development. This role will play a key part in modernizing legacy PeopleSoft customizations, working closely with SMEs to reverse engineer existing functionality and deliver scalable, forward‑looking solutions.
You’ll be working across a modern tech stack including Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and PostgreSQL, contributing to the transformation of critical HR systems integrated with SAP MyHR.
Key Responsibilities Analysis & Discovery
Partner with business SMEs and technical stakeholders to:
Analyze existing business processes and underlying legacy systems
Identify and document gaps between current PeopleSoft functionality and SAP MyHR capabilities
Translate business needs and gaps into clear, actionable technical requirements
