About the role
We're looking for a motivated full-stack developer to join our on-site team in Okara. You'll work on real production features, building React frontends, Rails APIs, and everything in between. This is a hands‑on role with direct mentorship and room to grow fast.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain features across a React frontend and Ruby on Rails backend
- Write clean, RESTful API endpoints and integrate them with frontend components
- Work with PostgreSQL, write migrations, queries, and understand basic indexing
- Collaborate on code reviews, daily standups, and sprint planning
- Debug production issues and participate in root cause analysis
- Write basic tests (RSpec) for the features you ship
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience with React and/or Rails
