Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse complex requirements and develop robust, scalable enterprise platforms
- Design, build, and maintain applications across backend and frontend
- Review and present system solution designs to Product Owners and IT leadership
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and best practices
- Drive testing, defect resolution , and production readiness
- Support system implementation, deployment, and release activities
- Provide third‑level production support and post‑deployment hyper‑care
- Prepare and maintain system and technical documentation (ISO‑aligned)
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Coach and support colleagues and users when required
