About Exponent
Exponent is on a mission to redefine energy for electric vehicles. We're building deep tech from India, for the world — engineering batteries, charging networks, and the technologies (e^pump and e^pack) that enable 15-minute rapid charging for EVs at scale. We're now a team of 200+ passionate engineers, designers, and operators building one of India's fastest-growing EV energy companies.

You're here to build all of Exponent's customer-facing software — the external mobile apps and websites that thousands of EV drivers and customers use, and the internal optimization tools that power our operations behind the scenes.
