Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and cash management.
• Process payments, receipts, bank transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, management accounts and variance analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance by liaising with external auditors and relevant parties.
• Process monthly payroll.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
