Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fulfilment Warehouse Coordinator to join our warehouse team.
Core Responsibilities1. Order Management & Processing
- Monitor incoming orders via the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
- Prioritize shipments based on urgency, shipping methods, and cut‑off times.
- Generate pick lists, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
2. Inventory Control
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock levels are maintained for high‑demand items.
- Ensure accurate labelling and stock arrangement for easy retrieval.
