Job Description
Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Mexico to lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a Fulfillment Center. You will mentor, coach, and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and engagement while supporting 24/7 operations.
The role requires flexibility for weekends/nights and a proactive approach to customer experience. You will manage 30–80 hourly associates, drive Lean initiatives, and work with leadership to optimize processes.
