Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as FTTH Installation Technicians. No prior fibre installation experience is required — we offer a comprehensive 6-week paid training program to equip you with the skills and certifications needed to succeed.
Training Program Highlights (6 Weeks)
- Week 1–2: Introduction to fibre optics, safety protocols, and basic tools.
- Week 3–4: Hands‑on training in fibre splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
