In this role, you will lead cross-functional, fast-paced operational programs for Amazon Shipping, shaping the First Mile and broader supply chain initiatives. You will work with senior leaders and diverse teams to design and deploy operating solutions that deliver service, growth, and cost targets. The position combines hands-on program management with analytical rigor to scale new shipping capabilities and improve the customer experience. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial opportunity to help build a new business at scale within Amazon Shipping.
