The Opportunity
The FSQA Supervisor leads the FSQA team to ensure quality assurance and food safety programs are executed effectively at the facility. The role is crucial in creating and maintaining a service‑oriented team built on foundations of food safety.
Compensation: $62,000 – $91,000 CAD (base pay).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update and ensure consistent execution of QA programs to align with internal and external requirements.
- Supervise a staff of QA Technicians and/or QA Coordinators ensuring tasks are conducted consistently, efficiently and aligned with business needs.
- Plan QA staffing requirements according to production demands.
- Lead HACCP and MLF Food Safety and Quality program updates, maintenance and verifications.
