Job Description
**Responsibilities**
**Receiving** -
+ Responsible for receiving all material deliveries made to FSG.
+ Responsible for checking material to match the packing slips.
+ Responsible for inspecting and reporting damages, shortages, shipping errors, and notating the BOL of such.
+ Responsible for receiving the material into the system (PO, DO, WT, PORM)
+ Responsible for RGA’s for shipping errors.
+ Responsible for printing receiving labels.
+ Responsible for sorting material according to the receiving documents (put away report, OE allocation report).
+ Responsible for taking orders to the shipping department.
+ Responsible for taking orders to the ship complete department for ship complete and tag & hold orders.
+ Responsible for taking return material to the returns department.
+ Responsible for communicating with the IC group on discontinued items and description changes.
+ Responsible for adding line notes in ICIB for item clarifica...
