Job Description
Oversee a vibrant packaging team as a Processing Team Supervisor during weekend shifts. Collaborate across plant functions to inspire, motivate, and foster operational excellence.
This frontline role allows you to interact with leaders in Quality, Operations, and other areas while guiding your team. You will focus on solving routine and complex issues through effective coaching, continual training, and performance analytics. Enhance your leadership capabilities while leading daily meetings and ensuring compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and technical support to the team
• Implement reporting systems for performance analysis
• Drive team motivation to achieve set results
• Facilitate daily performance discussions with staff
• Uphold compliance with operational guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree expected by mid-2026
• Relevant experience in Manufacturing or Operations
• 1-3 years supervisory background preferred
