: Frontline Process Sales Executive Position Title:Frontline Process Sales Executive Work Level: 1B / 1C Location: Mumbai – HO Department: Customer Development – Centre of Excellence Job Overview The executive will be responsible for release and deployment tasks of the DMS application LeverEDGE and lead several other COE project initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities • Provide end-to-end support for the existing Distributor Management System (DMS) application across all business channels. • Generate insights into new application functionalities by gathering feedback from ground-level sales teams. • Collaborate closely with Branch Anchors and internal HUL stakeholders to capture real-time challenges, needs, and improvement opportunities. • Data analysis for monitoring governance tasks and generate reports for business reviews and decision-making. • Work closely with the internal business stakeholders and IT team to: o Gather requirements for new rele...
