Job Description
Asurion is seeking a Claim Review Examiner to serve as the front line contact with customers flagged for additional claim verification. You will be assigned work through the Claim Review workbasket and research and resolve the claims you review.
The role requires maintaining availability in the queue, providing timely updates, meeting SLA expectations, and collaborating with Investigators and Analysts to identify fraud patterns. Strong communication and prioritization are essential.
