As a Staff Frontend Software Engineer, you will be the technical anchor for our frontend organization. This is not just a role for an expert coder; it is a role for a strategic thinker, an architectural pioneer, and a cultural catalyst. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, defining how XCEED builds user interfaces that are blazing fast, accessible, and highly maintainable.
You will report directly to the engineering leadership and work closely with Product, Design, and Cross-Functional Engineering teams to set the standard for frontend excellence.
