Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end features using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build reusable UI components leveraging Fluent UI and modern web design standards.
- Implement scalable state management solutions using Redux or similar patterns.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility (A11y) standards and deliver fully responsive interfaces.
- Improve performance using techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and pagination.
- Integrate UI components with backend services and REST APIs.
- Implement privacy, cookie, and user-consent–based compliance controls.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams.
- Follow established DevOps, version control, and code review best practices.
