About Front End Developer
The Frontend Developer is a vital member of the Core Product Build Organization, which represents our Highest Priority. This role is focused on the technical execution of our user-facing platforms, specifically the implementation of high-performance interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Working within a selective, Not Full Team environment, you are responsible for building high-integrity systems where architectural mistakes are fatal later. You will ensure that all frontend development supports the admin workflows and user experiences that are core to launch success while maintaining the Build Velocity required to ramp once architecture is locked.

Core Product Build & Architecture
- Execute the development of scalable frontend architectures using React functional components, hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo, useCallback), and Next.js early in the build cycle.
