Job Description
Front Store Manager Pharmasave #406 is looking for a full-time Front Store Manager to join our team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Schedule Full‑time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend requirements as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead front store operations aligned with strategic goals
Promote Neighbourly Pharmacy policies and a positive workplace culture
Oversee cash handling, banking, reporting, store security, and opening/closing procedures
Manage front store staffing, hiring, performance, and discipline with HR support
Maintain inventory control, cycle counts, pricing, and shrink management
Support budgeting, purchasing, promotions, merchandising, and POP materials
Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets, billing, and OHS
Perform other duties to support store leadership
