full-time Front Store Manager
to join our team in
Penticton, British Columbia .
Responsibilities
Lead and support initiatives aligned with the store’s strategic objectives.
Adhere to and promote the Neighbourly Pharmacy policy manual, fostering a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and engages employees.
Oversee practices related to returns, complaints, store security, and employee discounts, delegating responsibilities where appropriate.
Manage or delegate responsibilities for cash handling, daily reports, banking, and deposits.
Ensure proper store opening/closing, alarm activation, and day‑end procedures.
Oversee and manage all aspects of front store staffing.
