Job Description
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare billing and insurance processing
- Experience liaising with insurance companies, TPAs, and panel providers
- Able to handle high patient volume in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Customer service oriented with a professional front desk manner
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to communicate in Mandarin or Tamil (preferred)
