Requirements
RSA ID and legal residence essential
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management essential
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Front Office Manager within a 5-star hospitality environment
Strong experience in Front Office, Reservations, Guest Relations, and Revenue Management
Experience working with Property Management Systems (Opera or Apex advantageous)
Strong financial administration and reporting skills
Experience managing OTA extranets and online booking platforms
Revenue-driven with strong analytical and forecasting abilities
Proven leadership, staff management, and training experience
Excellent communication and guest relations skills
High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
Professional presentation and service excellence mindset
Ability to work under pressure in a luxury hospitality environment
