Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front Office Management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Opera PMS experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy with experience in hotel management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems effectively.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid drivers licence will be advantageous.
  • Must be willing to work and reside on-site (live-in accommodation provided).
