The Eyre Square Hotel is looking for a Front Office Manager to join the Front Office team in Galway. The Front Office team are the first point of contact for guests and the Front Office Manager will work with the team to provide an exceptional welcome for all our guests and reinforce a strong customer focused approach.

This is a hands-on role, working with a very experienced front office team & hotel manager. This role is best suited to a person with experience managing a team and with Front Office experience in a comparable hotel.

Your Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate all functions of the Front Office with a hands-on approach
• Reinforcing a customer focused approach within the Front Office Team at all times
• Work with the Front Office team to ensure all guest have a positive experience by delivering a smooth Check-In and Check-out process
