Job Description
Responsibilities
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Document and route technical requests to the appropriate business unit.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using available data.
- Compute and analyze repair data for reporting.
- Coordinate with Product Support Engineering team to resolve customer concerns.
- Analyzes and interprets all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and well-being of self and others.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
- Basic understanding of aircraft interior components and layouts.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to read maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical specifications.
