Responsibilities
- Review existing front-end applications and architecture to identify inefficiencies and technical debt
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance React solutions
- Drive front-end modernization and performance optimization initiatives
- Lead technical architecture discussions and provide hands-on technical leadership
- Collaborate with product, engineering, platform, and business teams
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
- Mentor senior and intermediate engineers
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on React.js development experience
