Job Description
YOUR ROLE
Mission: Ensure MEMS product quality through the state-of-the-art front-end manufacturing quality practices
Main Activities
- Overview the quality of the changes related to wafer manufacturing and wafer probe
- Manage the non-conform lots at wafer manufacturing and wafer probe
- Track the quality indicators of front-end plants
- Eradicate issues generated at front-end with focus on problems affecting customers
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure that solutions adopted in front-end production embed the quality requirements
- Collaborate with PQA and Product Development teams to ensure cross‑fertilization of lessons learnt/best practices
- Manage changes relative to wafer manufacturing and wafer probe in collaboration with HQ Quality
- Contribute to Line Stress plan definition and review results
- Support product/technology transfers among FABs
