We are creating a brand-new AWS service from the ground up, and the customer experience sits at the very center of it. This is a rare opportunity to join at the earliest stage and shape a product that meets customers in two places at once: inside the AWS Management Console, plus through a dedicated off-console experience built specific for this new service.
What sets this role apart is that we are building an AI-native application from day one. Agentic integrations and conversational, chat-driven workflows are foundational to the product, not features bolted on after the fact. As a Front-End Engineer, you won't simply consume these capabilities; you'll help define them, pushing the boundaries of what a front-end experience can do across AWS products.
