The overall purpose of the role:
Experience in WordPress development using open-source technologies such as PHP, HTML5 and MySQL. You will be an independent, fast-learner and are passionate about new technologies.
You will be working in a small team where every individual contribution counts towards the success of a project.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop using WordPress including theme and individual template development, plugin tweaks, new feature development
- Incorporate all necessary HTML and CSS into WordPress themes and templates.
- Integration and update of content
- Frontend Web Development; client project builds using CSS, JQuery and related technologies
- The extension and maintenance and upkeep of our client’s websites to ensure smooth running.
- Control quality and verify that all web pages appear correctly on the majority of web browsers and platforms.
