About the role
This team focuses on conversion optimization for marketing web platforms – creating exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and conversions – these three main areas are key:
- Core responsibilities – building complex, interactive, websites, implementing A/B test precision, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaboration – working closely with UX Centre of Excellence (COE), partnering & collaborating with designers, developers and external design agencies – cross team on strategic projects.
- Project impact – high visibility initiatives, evolving website experience and supporting frictionless buyer journeys.
About you
