Mon – Thu: 6:30am – 3:45pm, inclusive of 45‑min lunch break

Fri: 6:30am – 3:15pm, inclusive of 45‑min lunch break

Sat – Sun and gazetted public holidays: no service required

Scope of work

The Services required are set out as follows:

• a) Providing office support service
  • First aid to students, handling calls and preparation of documents
  • Any other duties as informed by Admin Manager and School Leaders.
• b) Visitor management
  • Attending to walk‑in customers

Qualifications and Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
• Good team player with a high level of initiative
