Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming walk-in visitors and handling all incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Handle daily billing by accurately preparing and issuing invoices to customers.
  • Follow up on unpaid bills to ensure the company receives payments on time.
  • Answer questions and help solve customer problems with a positive attitude.
  • Oversee the processing and recording of company utility bills, including water and telecommunication accounts.
