- Salary: $41.48 hourly / 30 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Conduct performance reviews
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Prepare marketing plans
- Implement marketing activities
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Work must be completed at the physical location; remote work is not an option
