Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities β’ Greeting and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism at front desk. β’ Inform respective teams of clientβs arrival. β’ Arrange beverages, snacks, meals for meetings and guests. β’ Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries and transferring the information to relevant people. β’ Ensure the reception and waiting area is always clean, tidy, and presentable and coordinate with the housekeeping team for the same. β’ All stations to be checked with all their amenities like stationery, camera, cables etc. β’ Schedule and allocate stations as per requirement. β’ Make sure that the stations are checked after every meeting. β’ Set up Zoom/Teams meetings and ensure audio-visual systems are functional. β’ Maintain master contact list β Clients, vendors, contractors, consultants. β’ Maintain Applicant master details. β’ Update MCD car parking list and issue stickers. β’ Maintain MIS for site visit/client meeting held outside Mira.
