Cogent Labs is looking for Fresh Business Developer for its Lahore office.

Role
You will own the front-end of the sales pipeline—prospecting, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and managing post-meeting follow-ups. You turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team. You will manage each lead end-to-end until it is either won or closed.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- 0 to 1 year of experience in lead generation through Upwork using company profiles
- Excellent written and verbal communication; personalization-first mindset
- Lead qualification skills and understanding of IT/software industry
- Attention to detail, time management, accountability, initiative, resilience under pressure
