Job Description
Responsibilities:
β’ Help internal and external customers
β’ Handle customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload via online chat and email
β’ Keep customer request queues as low as possible
β’ Conduct research on player bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations
β’ Contact other departments when there are issues that need to be solved
β’ Have a high knowledge of products offered by the company
β’ Attend team meetings and activities
β’ Takeover in the absence of the team leader
β’ Support the Internal Customer Service, Payments & Fraud, Marketing, CRM / VIP Management team where necessary
β’ Maintain external relationships with Casino Support and Bookmakers
β’ Escalate issues to the Head of Department
Requirements:
β’ Native level of French, both written and spoken and a fluent level of English is also required
β’ Fluency in German will be considered a great asset
