Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of all customer service activities.
• Handle inbound enquiries, requests, and feedback via phone and email efficiently.
• Collaborate with the overseas relocation team to ensure consistently high service standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive, adaptable, and professional able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset.
