About the job Freight Operations Support
Job Descriptions:
- Provide comprehensive support for freight operations, with a primary focus on air freight (95%), and secondary responsibilities for trucking (4%) and ocean freight (1%).
- Collaborate with 3PL warehouses, freight providers, and relevant stakeholders to resolve shipment issues, including documentation, cargo damage, discrepancies, and other related concerns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to stakeholders' inquiries, addressing shipment queries, issues, and providing necessary assistance.
- Manage service recovery efforts, including containment of escalations, conflict resolution, and conducting investigations to identify root causes.
- Oversee the performance of the 3PL transportation team and freight providers, ensuring that agreed-upon service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently.
