Freight and Forwarding Assistant
A leading 3PL logistics company is looking for a Freight and Forwarding Assistant to:
Job Description- Coordinate the shipping documents and instruction from customer
- Preparation of HBL & MBL
- Monitoring of vessel movement, finalize the release of HBL to customer
- Sending pre-alert documents to destination office
- Cooperate with transport contractor to pick up empty container
- Cooperate with warehouse for stuffing of container
- Verifying contractor invoice and billing to customer
- Other routine shipment related coordination and documentations
- Other duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least an “O” level/Professional Certificate/NiTEC
- Computer literate
- Preferably with some basic understanding of NVO operation and documentation
