As ocean freight forwarder, you compile your own shipments and coordinate the entire transport process from A-Z.
Tasks:
• Providing daily service and maintaining contacts with customers, and communicating about seafreight export shipments;
• Creating shipments in the TMS system;
• Booking shipments with various partners (carriers, shipping companies) according to established agreements;
• Giving instructions to the customs team for the preparation of customs documents;
• Maintaining daily contacts within the DSV network for shipment announcements and preparing quotes;
• Being responsible for accurate invoicing and data quality.
• Applying DSV Compliance (Security, Embargo countries, Carriers, Commodities).
