This is a full-time, remote Freight Dispatcher position with We R Logistics LLC, a company based in Austin, Texas. This role is fully remote, and candidates are not required to live in Austin.
The Freight Dispatcher will coordinate daily truck schedules, search for and assign loads, negotiate rates, and monitor shipments to help ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Daily responsibilities include communicating with drivers, brokers, customers, and carriers, resolving scheduling or route issues, and keeping dispatch systems updated with accurate load information.
The role also involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing timely shipment updates, managing load documentation, and addressing service concerns. When needed, the dispatcher may also make outbound calls to potential owner-operators who may be interested in our dispatch services. This will be assigned onl...
