This is a phone-and-relationship sales role: you'll build a book of business, move freight, and grow accounts — with earnings tied directly to your results. Top performers earn up to ₹1,00,000 per month. What You'll Do • Build and manage relationships with carriers, shippers, and internal partners to move loads and close deals daily. • Sell outbound to prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts into recurring business. • Quote, negotiate rates, and coordinate coverage to hit and exceed monthly targets. • Own your pipeline and activity in the CRM with discipline and accuracy. • Partner with operations to deliver on commitments and protect service quality.
