About the role
This role provides the opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to work for a dynamic and successful FTSE 20 company. This is a high‑profile role responsible for Freight transactions of Reckitt. Strong communication skills are important, as he/she will be dealing regularly with various stakeholders cross functionally.
Your responsibilities
- Review, validate, and approve HUB freight invoices in ERP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
- Maintain and standardise freight invoice process SOPs across all entities.
- Lead monthly vendor meetings to resolve invoice discrepancies and address overdue items.
- Send fortnightly pre‑billings for road transport HUB freight vendors.
- Initiate and monitor MDGS requests for new vendor setups, master‑data updates, and bank changes.
- Manage vendor queries related to pre‑billings and outstanding invoices.
