About the Role
We are seeking a Freight Administration Officer / Coordinator to join our team in Karawatha on Brisbane’s southside. This is a Full Time Permanent Position working Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm.
This hands-on role offers a combination of administration and operational support within a fast-paced freight environment. Working closely with drivers and the operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring freight is manifested accurately, documentation is processed correctly, and daily linehaul operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage linehaul manifests, ensuring freight is accurately recorded and allocated for transport
- Complete accurate and timely data entry of manifests, freight documentation, and operational records
