Job Description
We are seeking a commercially driven Freezone Development Manager to support the strategic development, implementation, and growth of a large-scale Freezone asset portfolio.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in strategy, business development, investment analysis, and asset development , with the ability to drive commercial growth and value creation across complex infrastructure or real estate environments.
Key Responsibilities- Support the strategic development and growth of the Freezone portfolio in line with wider commercial objectives
- Develop and present business cases for development and investment opportunities
- Support investment committee approvals and funding approvals for CAPEX projects
