Freelance Quantity Surveyor About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support our project team in preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations for construction and interior fit-out projects.
If you have strong analytical skills, can read technical drawings, and have experience producing precise cost calculations, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
Calculate quantities and estimate project costs accurately.
Review drawings and specifications to identify required materials and work scope.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors to validate cost assumptions.
Update BOQs and cost estimates when design revisions occur.
Support budget planning and cost comparison for project procurement.
