We're building a premium lifestyle brand in the sleepwear and leisurewear space and are looking for a Fashion Designer who can take products from concept to production—not just create beautiful sketches. This is an opportunity to develop the inaugural collection of a premium brand focused on timeless design, exceptional comfort, and meticulous craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Design premium sleepwear and leisurewear silhouettes with a strong focus on comfort, fit, and luxury aesthetics. Create complete production-ready Tech Packs (Mandatory) including technical flats, garment construction details, measurements, BOM, stitching details, trims, labels, grading, and manufacturing instructions. Develop piping details, trims, finishes, and garment construction specifications. Design original textile prints and graphics suitable for premium fabric printing.
