Félix is seeking a Fraud Strategy professional to lead fraud performance across cards, ACH, and digital wallets. You will work across Data Science, Product, Operations, and Risk to translate signals into decisive actions and minimize friction for good customers.
As we expand across Latin America, you will implement product-level fixes before resorting to new rules, partnering with teams to embed controls into the payment experience. A strong analytics background is essential.
