Responsibilities
- Provide sales support as a credibility partner on high-level sales calls
- Act as a trusted advisor for existing customers during implementations, QBRs, and technical deep dives
- Serve as a product advisor by orchestrating fraud strategies for ACH, wire, card, real-time payments, ATO, and synthetic ID
- Drive external thought leadership through conference panels, podcasts, white papers, and industry publications
- Brief the executive team on market trends and customer needs
Requirements
- Extensive career experience in fraud analytics and fraud strategy
- Proven track record in roles such as Director of Fraud Strategy, Head of Fraud Analytics, or VP Fraud...
